The app

Subscriptions

Boxmaxxing Pro is billed by Apple or Google. To cancel or change a plan, open your subscription settings: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel a subscription. For refunds, ask Apple or Google. To restore a purchase on a new phone, sign in with the same Apple or Google account and tap Restore purchases in Settings.

Pad Cam

Prop your phone up, hands-free, so the front camera can see you, in good light with room to move. If rounds don’t count, check that the app has camera permission.

Crew invites

Crew codes are 6 characters. Open League → Friends in the app and enter the code, or tap the invite link on your phone.

Delete your account

In the app: Settings → Delete account. Without the app, email sup@metatensor.net from the address you sign in with. The app privacy policy explains what gets deleted.

App policies

The app has its own privacy policy and terms of use, published by Metatensor.

Merch

Your order confirmation email has a link to track your order, and the store’s shipping and refund policies are shown at checkout. For anything else, use the contact form or email sup@boxmaxxing.com with your order number.

Privacy requests

To access, correct or delete data from the website, our links or a shop order, email sup@boxmaxxing.com. For your app account, email sup@metatensor.net. See the website privacy policy or the app privacy policy for your rights.
