In these Terms of Service, 'we', 'us' and 'our' refer to WADI AL MHA ELECTRONICS TRADING L.L.C. The company is the seller of the products offered through this store.

These Terms govern your use of our store, including its information, content, tools and products (the 'Services'), and purchases you make from us. Our store is powered by Shopify.

Please read these Terms before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to the applicable terms of sale. Your use of the Services is subject to the applicable website-use provisions of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms or our other policies excludes or restricts rights or remedies that applicable consumer law gives you and that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

1 Access and accounts

To place an order, you must be legally able to enter into a binding contract under the law applicable to you. Where permitted by law, a parent or legal guardian may place an order on behalf of a minor.

You must provide accurate and current contact, billing, payment and delivery information. If you create an account, keep its credentials secure and contact us promptly if you believe someone has accessed it without permission. Do not impersonate another person or use a payment method without authorization.

2 Products and production

Our products display designs offered in our store and are generally made after an order is placed. We use Printful and its fulfillment partners to produce and ship products. Your purchase is from us, and you should contact us about your order, returns or product concerns.

Please review the product description, size guide, material information and available options before ordering. We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. Screen settings and printing processes can cause minor color differences, but this does not excuse a product that is faulty, materially different from its description or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.

We may update product listings, availability and the range we offer. Updates do not remove your rights relating to an order we have already accepted.

3 Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, you offer to purchase the selected products at the prices and on the terms displayed at checkout. We accept your order when we send an order confirmation accepting the order. A payment authorization alone does not confirm acceptance.

We may decline an order before acceptance for a legitimate reason, including unavailable products, suspected fraud, an unsupported delivery destination or a material listing error. If we cannot fulfill an accepted order, we will contact you and provide the cancellation, refund or other remedy required by applicable law. We will refund amounts paid for any products we cancel and any associated delivery charges that must be refunded.

Check the design, size, color, quantity and delivery address before submitting your order. If you need a change or cancellation, contact sup@boxmaxxing.com promptly. Production can begin shortly after acceptance, so voluntary changes or cancellations may no longer be possible once production starts. This does not affect any statutory cancellation or withdrawal right you have.

These Terms are intended for purchases by consumers for personal use. Please contact us before placing a wholesale order or an order for commercial resale.

4 Prices and payments

The price and currency applicable to your order are displayed in the store and at checkout. Prices for future orders may change, but we will not increase the price of an accepted order without your agreement where required by law.

Applicable taxes and any shipping charges we collect are displayed or calculated before you place your order. Where the law requires tax-inclusive pricing, our displayed consumer prices include the applicable taxes.

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties or carrier clearance charges. Whether these are collected at checkout or payable separately will be explained in the checkout information or Shipping Policy before purchase. We will not charge you again for amounts already collected for the same purpose.

You authorize charges for the total you approve at checkout and confirm that you are entitled to use the selected payment method. We may carry out reasonable checks to prevent unauthorized transactions.

5 Shipping and delivery

Products are fulfilled through Printful and its fulfillment partners, which may ship from a different country than yours. An order containing several products may arrive in separate packages.

Our Shipping Policy and checkout information describe available destinations, shipping charges and estimated production and delivery times. Production time is separate from shipping transit time unless a combined estimate is expressly stated. We will honor any binding delivery commitment and the remedies required by applicable law if delivery is late.

If your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact sup@boxmaxxing.com with your order number. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Carrier or customs delays do not remove your statutory rights.

Risk of loss or damage remains with us until you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, physically receives the goods.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, contact us promptly. If an address error or failure to collect a parcel results in return or redelivery costs, we may ask you to pay reasonable additional charges where legally permitted and disclosed to you. We will not charge redelivery costs caused by our error.

6 Intellectual property

The store's designs, branding, text, images and other content belong to us or their respective owners and are used with the necessary rights or permissions. Buying a product does not transfer intellectual property rights in its design or branding.

You may use the Services to browse, purchase products and manage your orders. Except where applicable law permits otherwise, you must obtain the relevant owner's permission before reproducing or commercially exploiting protected content.

Shopify, Printful and other third-party names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

7 Optional tools and services

Some store features may be supplied by independent providers. If a separate provider's terms apply to an optional service, we will make those terms available where appropriate before you use it.

Using an outside provider does not remove our obligations concerning products you purchase from us, information we provide or personal information for which we are responsible.

8 Connected websites and third parties

Our store may be linked from, promoted on or displayed within an independently operated website. For purchases placed with this store, WADI AL MHA ELECTRONICS TRADING L.L.C remains the seller and your contact for order support, delivery issues and refunds.

Another website operator may have separate terms governing its own website, services or products. Those terms do not automatically replace these Terms for a purchase from us. If you purchase directly from another seller, review that seller's identity and terms before ordering.

We do not control independent websites merely because we link to them. Nothing in this section limits any responsibility that applicable law places on us for a particular representation, service or transaction.

9 Relationship with Shopify

Boxmaxxing Merch is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Boxmaxxing Merch. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Boxmaxxing Merch, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Boxmaxxing Merch.

10 Privacy and personal information

We use Shopify to operate the store and Printful and its fulfillment partners to fulfill orders. Order information may be shared with these providers, payment services and delivery providers as described in our Privacy Policy and permitted by law. Where a connected website operator receives personal information, its role and the relevant sharing are explained in the applicable privacy notices.

Shopify may also process certain personal information under its own privacy policy, available at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/app-users. These Terms do not replace any separate consent required by applicable privacy or marketing law.

11 Reviews and feedback

If you submit a review or other feedback, you must have the rights needed to provide it. Reviews should reflect your experience, and any payment or incentive connected to a review must be disclosed where required by law.

You retain ownership of your feedback. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to display, reproduce and format it as reasonably needed to publish reviews, operate the store and improve our products and service. We will not knowingly edit a review to misrepresent its meaning or use your personal information contrary to our Privacy Policy or applicable law.

We may remove unlawful, abusive, misleading, irrelevant or rights-infringing content. You must not submit malware, impersonate someone else or disclose another person's private information without authority.

12 Errors and availability

We may correct errors in product descriptions, prices, promotions or availability. If a material error affects your order before acceptance, we will give you the corrected information and the opportunity to proceed or cancel, with a refund of any amount due.

If we discover an error after acceptance, we will handle it in accordance with applicable law. We will not use a listing correction to impose an unapproved higher price or remove a remedy you are entitled to.

13 Acceptable use

You must not use the Services to commit fraud, infringe another person's rights, submit false information, harass others, introduce malicious software, obtain unauthorized access or interfere with the store's operation or security.

Automated access must be authorized by us or otherwise permitted by applicable law. Do not conceal automated activity, bypass access restrictions or use tools to obtain data you are not entitled to access.

14 Cancellations, returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy at https://boxmaxxing.com/merch/policies/refund-policy explains how to request a cancellation, return, replacement or refund, including the applicable timeframes, return destinations and responsibility for return postage. Contact sup@boxmaxxing.com with your order number if you need help.

Products being printed after purchase does not, by itself, remove any statutory right to cancel or return a product. Where applicable law grants a withdrawal period, including for eligible consumer purchases in the EU, EEA or UK, we will honor it. Mandatory rights concerning faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods also continue to apply.

Please contact us before mailing an item so we can confirm the correct return instructions and whether a physical return is needed. A Printful facility's ability to receive a parcel does not by itself establish eligibility for a refund. Our obligations to you do not depend on whether Printful reimburses us.

Refunds are made to the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another lawful method. We will comply with applicable refund deadlines. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before a credit appears.

15 Restricting access

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, a material breach of these Terms, security risks or legal requirements. Where appropriate and legally required, we will explain the restriction and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Restricting access does not remove your rights relating to an existing order, refund, product guarantee or personal information. Provisions that are intended to continue after access ends will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

16 Product guarantees and service availability

Products must meet the standards and guarantees required by applicable law, including requirements concerning quality, description and fitness for a purpose where those requirements apply. Nothing in these Terms excludes those guarantees or your remedies for non-conforming products.

We take reasonable care in operating the store, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. We may carry out maintenance or change website features. This does not reduce our obligations relating to accepted orders.

17 Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage for which applicable law makes us responsible, including where we fail to meet our contractual obligations or exercise the required care. To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for business losses connected with purchases intended for personal use, or for losses that neither party could reasonably foresee when the contract was formed.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your statutory refund, replacement, repair and other consumer rights remain unaffected.

18 Responsibility for misuse

You are responsible for your unlawful or deliberately abusive use of the Services. Any claim we bring for loss caused by such conduct must be supported by the facts and permitted by applicable law.

You are not required by these Terms to reimburse us for losses caused by our own wrongdoing, or to give up protections against unfair or disproportionate charges or contractual terms.

19 Severability

If a provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will not apply to the extent of that finding. The remaining provisions continue to apply where the agreement can lawfully continue without the affected provision.

20 Terms applying to your purchase

These Terms, the relevant policies and the information and promises forming part of your accepted order govern that purchase. General terms do not override a specific commitment we made to you or a mandatory right you have under applicable law.

If we do not immediately enforce a provision, this does not mean we waive it. Any ambiguity or conflict will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law, including rules protecting consumers.

21 Transfer of rights and obligations

We may transfer our rights and obligations to another business where legally permitted. We will give any notice or obtain any consent required by law, and a transfer will not reduce your statutory rights or the contractual protections that applicable law requires us to preserve.

Any transfer by you of rights or obligations under an order is subject to applicable law and any consent that lawfully needs to be obtained.

22 Governing law and disputes

Subject to the mandatory protections described below, these Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.

If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of protections under mandatory laws that apply to you, including protections in your country of habitual residence where applicable. You may bring proceedings in any court that has jurisdiction under applicable law. These Terms do not require you to waive a mandatory right to use your local courts or a statutory complaints or dispute-resolution process.

Please contact sup@boxmaxxing.com if you have a complaint so we can try to resolve it. Contacting us does not restrict your right to seek other available remedies.

Headings help you navigate these Terms and do not change their meaning. References to applicable law include mandatory consumer protections that apply to the relevant order or customer.

24 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for future use of the Services and future orders. The date at the top of this page shows when the current version was last updated. We will provide any notice or obtain any agreement required by law for material changes.

An order already accepted remains subject to the terms applicable when it was accepted, unless a change is required by law or you agree to it.
