Refund Policy

For questions about returns or refunds, contact sup@boxmaxxing.com with your order number.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items: Please contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect. Include a description and clear photographs where possible. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost. Please report delivery issues within 30 days; this reporting request does not limit your statutory rights.

Change-of-mind returns and exchanges: We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size or color, or changing your mind. This does not affect cancellation or return rights provided by applicable consumer law.

EU/EEA and UK customers: Where statutory withdrawal rights apply, you may notify us of cancellation within 14 days of receiving your goods and return them within a further 14 days. You pay direct return postage for change-of-mind returns unless applicable law requires otherwise. Eligible refunds include standard outbound delivery charges. We refund within 14 days of cancellation, although we may withhold reimbursement until receiving the goods or evidence of their return, where legally permitted.
